My Background
Welcome, I'm Troy Dillard, MD. Sometimes I sometimes prefer to use my spiritual name, or "Dharma name", Dechen Jinpa. I am a Certified Life Coach, Certified Estranged Parent Healing Psychology Practitioner, Certified Spiritual Life Coach, physician, father, and Buddhist practitioner for over 35 years. I am also a parent who is estranged from his adult child. I have come through estrangement and, on the other side of the initial suffering, I have achieved wisdom, peace, wholeness and even Joy. My Approach
I combine traditional life coaching with Buddhist principles (which can be applied regardless of your religion), mindfulness meditation, and a physician's heartfelt caring to guide you through the rough seas of estrangement to the calm waters of well-being and the joy that is your true nature and birthright.
